Article 5. Personnel Policy and Employee Benefits

1-501. Incorporating personnel policy objectives.

There is hereby incorporated by reference for the purpose of adopting personnel policy objectives for the City of La Cygne, Kansas, those certain policy objective known as the “Personnel Policy Objectives” as prepared and adopted by the Governing Body on May 4, 2005. No fewer than three copies of said Personnel Policy Objectives shall be marked or stamped “Official copy as Adopted by Ordinance No. 1319”, and to which shall be attached a copy of this ordinance or section, and filed with the city clerk to be open to inspection and available to the public at all reasonable hours.

There is hereby incorporated by reference for the purpose of adopting personnel policies and guidelines for the City of La Cygne, Kansas, those certain policies and guidelines known as the “Personnel Policies and Guidelines” as prepared and adopted by the Governing Body on May 4, 2005.
